How many grown adults does it talk to bathe a baby??

The new baby smell was wearing off so Grandmamma and Mom decided that it was time for the first bath. Will didn't give much of a fight having two ladies bathe him.

He kept asking who was that handsome devil getting a bath next to him was.

Tara now has another baby carrier because the Baby bjorn, car seat, normal stroller, and the official Ironman marathon running stroller wasn't enough.......

Thank you, Great Grandma Kasper

thank you very much Great Grandma. We think that Will is looking good.

Aloha, Grandmamma

After two days trying to power through no sleep and a too early attempt for Dad to go back to work, we were spent. But before we knew it Grandmamma from Hawaii flew in to met her newest grandson. They took to each other immediately.

Mema and Grandpa have headed out

Mema and Grandpa had in a northeastern accent, "wicked good time" here with us. Not much came about besides napping, eating, and overall being an unbelievable help to these two new parents.
Thank you both for coming all that way to see Will and to be so helpful and loving. We can't thank you both enough for the help and the good times.

Tara would like to thank Great Grandmama for the new watch. Now she can keep track of how much sleep we are actually missing.....

We have some more pictures of the happy grandparents and us acting like fools over this little person......

Also, Charlie would like to thank Grandpa for spending so much time with him. He has felt a little neglected. Especially like to thank Grandpa for the slice of that spicy sausage pizza that woke him and Dad up at 3:30,4,and 4:30 in the morning.

open comments

Sorry about the technical difficulties with the site earlier about posting comments. After the 3 hour nap today, I was able to understand the simple directions on how to fix this. So please comment away.

Also for Aunt Boo, Will was 8 lbs. 15 oz. and was close enough to 22 inches that we just rounded up.........

Family resemblance

I don't think that I need to really give commentary on this. But there is some definite DNA shared here..........

The first wave is here.

The first wave of family has just come to town. Grandma (Mema) and Grandpa Rynne just came into town on Thursday. Overjoyed to spend some QT with Will and the rest of us. Mema and Grandpa help to be some order and much need relief for us. The sleeping is getting better and is much easier when Mema orders us to nap from 3 to 6 in the afternoon while she has sometime with her new grandson. Grandpa has helped with the Charlie factor, making sure that Charlie get as much attention as possible.
